Many documented and undocumented professional immigrants in the U. S. are

“LIVING IN THE SHADOWS".

They have become disillusioned and frustrated for not having the opportunity of practicing and applying their expertise and education. In order to see a change and have a strong voice, we have:

- First, work at grass root levels to bring awareness of our situation and the consequences suffered.

- To influence legislators to approve a bill giving us an opportunity to work in our careers.
- Create incentives promoting American firms to hire us benefiting the immigrant, the firm, and the U.s.

- The forgone taxes cause immense financial consequences and is not boosting the country's economy.

- Many firms do not hire immigrant professionals because they underestimate our education level.

- This situation opposes U.S. idea of leading diversity and inclusion in the word by braking down barriers. 

WE CAN DEMAND AND ACTION CONSIDERING THE FINANCIAL CONSEQUENCES THAT THE "BRAIN WASTE"

(10.2 BILLION DOLLARS PER YEAR APPROX.) IN FORGONE TAXES HAVE CAUSES TO THE U.S.

HISTORY

The United States is a country of immigrants since 1565 when SPANISH Pioneers came followed by the ENGLISHsettlers in 1620. The Spanish lived south of e U.S. until they were incorporated and his inhabitants were given the U.S. citizenship. Mexico lost 54% of its pre-1836 territory in the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo.
